Wuyishan Nongjiacai 武夷山农家菜
Maliandao Tea Street (马连道茶城一条街) is home to several Fujianese eateries and Mrs Jiang’s Wuyishan Nongjiacai (武夷山农家菜) is one of the best. The smoked goose is a must. Wuyishan is one of China’s most beautiful mountain regions and also one of the country’s main tea growing regions, home to the world-famous Oolong tea, a dark and fragrant brew. There are lots of places to sample it along Maliandao.
