The Intercontinental's Cantonese restaurant dishes up reliable renditions of spring rolls, turnip cakes and barbequed pork buns in a rarefied atmosphere. The open kitchen provides some entertainment. The service is not as smooth as you'd expect, but a very reasonably priced weekend buffet makes this place definitely worth a try.
